Shozi, Mendy (Ms)

Research Scientist

Mendy Shozi is a Research Scientist at the WASH R&D Centre who leads her own projects and is a researcher on various others. She has an undergraduate degree in Pure and Applied Chemistry, and did her Honours and MSc in Environmental Sciences, all from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.

She worked at the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) as an Environmental Assessment Practitioner (intern) and then  as a Project Administrator within water sustainability group (2014 – 2018). In November 2018, she joined the WASH R&D Centre (as the PRG) as a Research Assistant.
